Our story

Built by parents who refuse to lose their kids — and by the kids who refuse to lose their parents.

We're a grassroots community of mothers, fathers, grandparents, stepparents, and friends in Massachusetts. Some of us are in the middle of the fight right now. Some of us are healing. All of us believe the same thing: no parent should be erased from their child's life, and no child should be taught to hate someone who loves them.

Listen.

We hold space for parents and kids carrying pain the world rarely sees — without judgment, without fixing, just listening first.

Stand together.

We connect families to each other so no one walks this alone. Community is the first medicine.

Fight for connection.

We organize, document, and push for change so the next family doesn't have to lose what ours did.

Meet the founder

Hi, I'm Scott.

I'm a veteran. A punk rocker. A musician. And most importantly — I'm a dad.

I know what it feels like to have your heart ripped out when distance, conflict, and alienation come between a parent and a child. I know the silence of a phone that doesn't ring. I know lying awake wondering if your kid is okay, and whether they still remember the songs you used to sing them.

This fight became personal a long time ago. I started Court Watch because no loving parent should suffer in silence, and no child should be made to choose between the two people who brought them into the world.

If you're hurting right now — you are not alone. There's a whole community here that gets it. Come find us.

Scott — veteran, punk rocker, musician, dad. Photo coming soon.

Our pledge to families

Every dollar goes back to the families. None of it pays us.

Donations and merch revenue go to the things that actually help: legal help for parents who can't afford a fight, support for kids caught in the middle, gas money to get to a hearing, and the quiet costs of holding a community together. We publish receipts.
