Boilerplate
Massachusetts Court Watch is a volunteer-run watchdog and support network for families moving through the Massachusetts Probate & Family Court. We publish plain-English guides to court process, track courts and court actors county by county, collect and verify firsthand accounts from parents, and organize for transparency and accountability reform. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice.
What we can provide
- • Background interviews on how the Probate & Family Court actually works day to day.
- • County-level context on courts, caseloads, and recurring complaints.
- • Introductions to parents who have consented to speak publicly — never without consent.
- • Our verification standards and the sourcing behind any claim we publish.
What we will not do
We will not share impounded material, identify a child, or pass along a parent's contact details without their explicit permission. We will not confirm a claim we have not verified — we will tell you plainly what is documented and what is an allegation.
